Hey Everyone,
We’re coming into the last week of the Funding Period. Again, thank you all for your support!
To celebrate the final few days, we’ve decided to release the last 2 Stretch Goals at once. The first is the Diecut House Mars Dealer Coin. It will have a Black Nickel Finish and Red Enamel accents on both sides. The House Mars Coin will ONLY be available as an Add-On Item ($14 U.S. / $16 INT.). If you would like to add the House Mars Coin, you could add funds in your Bonus Support area over the next few days, or you could wait and do it solely within BackerKit.
The last Stretch Goal is a COMPLIMENTARY 2-Sided Bookmark that will be included with every package! The Holographic Cards were unofficially our first Stretch Goal, so we wanted to end the campaign with a similar giveaway item. The Bookmark will be 2”w x 6”h and features a lineup of 6 characters on the Front, and the remaining 6 characters on the Back. A perfect accessory for this project!

If you prefer, you could also wait to add extra money for add-on item(s) until after the Kickstarter project ends.
Tomorrow’s Silver Gilded Set Release

Hey Everyone,
This update is just a quick reminder and some info for tomorrow’s Silver Gilded Set release!
I will be adding 175 of the $90 Silver Gilded pledge tier tomorrow - exactly at Noon EDT. A minute or two later (as fast as I can, without using Kickstarter’s glitchy timed releases), I will add 65 of the $210 Brick + Silver Gilded + Coin pledge tier.

(3) Select the new Pledge Tier you would like to move to (excluding sold out tiers).

Announcing the Gilded Set : Silver Edition

Available February 16th at Noon (Eastern)
We had initially planned on announcing this as a stretch goal reward halfway through the campaign but then we sold out of the Gold Edition of Gilded Decks faster than Sophocles scarfing jellybeans and blew past our stretch goal like Sevro running from laundry day. We've had lots of folks asking about making more Gilded decks available so we moved up the timing on the announcement!
To ensure that everyone has an equal chance at grabbing one, the Silver Edition will be made available on Feb 16th promptly at Noon (Eastern) as two new pledge tiers on the Kickstarter.

The Red Rising GILDED Set / Silver Edition is LIMITED to a quantity of 250 (240 available). The Silver Edition will feature almost all the same details as the Gold Edition: a rigid 2-Deck Box with Magnetic Closure, 1 Red GILDED Red Rising Deck and 1 Black GILDED House Mars Deck. To differentiate between the unique editions, each Gilded Deck in the Silver Edition will include a Silver Foil Sticker on the left side of the Tuck. Each Sticker will be hand-numbered and will be hand-signed by Red Rising author Pierce Brown!
Why are there only 250 being made available, you ask? Well, authors need their hands to write and giving Pierce carpal tunnel syndrome with more signatures would be counterproductive to us all getting Book 6 soon.

Hey Everyone,
Thank you all for the phenomenal support!! We thought day one would do well, we just had no idea it would be this huge! Over 1,000 Backers already. Wow!!
We have plenty of Stretch Goals setup (a mix of freebies and new add-on items). The first Stretch Goal will be releasing on Thursday (a freebie!).
Because we weren’t prepared for the extraordinary response, we underestimated the number of Gilded Sets needed. We’re not sure if we’ll release additional Gilded Sets. We’ll figure it out over the next few days.
I’m just finishing up with my day job, so I haven’t been able to reply to any personal messages yet. I’ll make sure to answer all of the personal messages tonight (and answer any questions in the comments section).

Red Rising BRICK BOX

Hey Everyone,
We have decided to keep the Gilded Sets Limited to the original number of 200. If we were to add more, it wouldn’t be fair to the original Backers who secured there Gilded Sets.
But there is hope! We will be releasing another item that will be signed by Pierce Brown. It will be Limited, but we will announce the specific time and date of release in advance. So everyone will have a chance to get it. We haven’t narrowed down the day yet, but it will be around mid-February.
BRICK BOX STRETCH GOAL:
Now for the part I’m most excited about - Stretch Goal release #1. Any successful Playing Card project without a custom Brick Box just doesn’t feel complete, in my mind. Custom Brick Boxes hold 12 Decks, and they’re perfect for display.
The Red Rising custom Brick Box is now unlocked! It will be included free with any order of 12 Decks. The design features Briana’s character drawings in all their glory! The front and back each contains a lineup of 6 characters, and the House Mars sigil is featured prominently on the top. The sides feature Eo and Darrow ‘o Lykos, along with The Society pyramid and the quotes “Live for more” and “Break the chains”.
I have added a few more Brick Pledge Tiers to the rewards section. If you are interested in moving to one of those Pledge Tiers, just click on the Blue “Manage Your Pledge” button, click on the Blue “Change Your Pledge” button, and then select the new Pledge Tier you would like to move to (excluding sold out tiers).
